Why do people make life hard. It's actually very easy. Just breathe in and breathe out and love yourself.
Strong statement ehh! People will say you should love everybody but I say how can you? Only god can love everybody. We mere humans should first love ourselves then our near and dear ones. Love people for their qualities, their virtues
